Tshopo : Lutte contre la criminalité urbaine et péri-urbaine, les voitures à vitres teintées et/ou sans immatriculation, cibles de la sécurité militaire.
En exécution de l’article 3 de l’arrêté du Gouverneur de province du 28 Avril 2023 portant interdiction de circulation sur toute l’étendue de la province de la Tshopo de tout véhicule sans plaque d’immatriculation et/ou à vitres teintées ou fumées, la sécurité militaire entre en jeu. Sous la supervision du commandant de la 31ième Région militaire, le Général Major Mujinga Timothée, le service des renseignements militaire de la 31ième région militaire procède à la confiscation pure et simple, sans aucune autre forme de procès et sans distinction aucune, de tout véhicule non en ordre qui tombe sous ses filets. Cette opération, qui va jusqu’à nouvel ordre, se déroule sous confiscation militaire et ne connaît ni jour, ni nuit, ni dimanche, ni jour férié.
Selon la RTNC, Radio Télévision Nationale Congolaise, antenne de Kisangani, captée ce lundi 5 juin 2023, plusieurs voitures, une vingtaine, sans plaque d’immatriculation et/ou à vitres fumées, ont été saisies et mises sous fourrière à l’état major de la 3ième région militaire. La seule condition de libération pour récupérer son véhicule qui est sous fourrière est de se mettre en ordre.
