Kisangan|Football : le chef Gabriel Mayani lance le tournoi « Amani » au village Batiambale 1
C’est ce dimanche 23 juillet 2023, au terrain de l’école CNCA que le chef Gabriel Mayani du village Batiambale 1 (PK 8 ancienne route Buta) a donné le go du tournoi de football des jeunes, dénommé « Amani ».
Les habitants du village Batiambale 1, amoureux du ballon rond ont prit d’assaut le terrain CNCA pour suivre le match d’ouverture opposant l’AC Courant au FC Zaire et mettant ainsi une ambiance éléctrique.
Dominant son adversaire de la tete aux épaules, l’AC Courant a battu le FC Zaire par 2 buts à brosse.
A la fin de cette rencontre d’ouverture, le chef Gabriel Mayani, organisateur dudit tournoi, s’est livré à presse.
« J’ai organisé ce tournoi pour montrer à la face du monde entier que la communauté Kumu n’est pas une communauté barbare. En le nommant « Tournoi Amani », c’est pour montrer que les autochtones Kumu aiment la paix et pronent le vivre ensemble contrairement à ceux qui ternissent l’image de la communauté Kumu en venant faire les troubles ici chez nous. Nous ne sommes pas des barbares et semeurs des troubles mais savons seulement réclamer nos droits « , a fait savoir Gabriel Mayani.
A l’initiateur du tournoi Amani d’ajouter :
« Les équipes des différentes communes de la ville de Kisangani prennent part à ce tournoi pour prouver que les Kumu de Batiambale 1 savent vivre avec les autres et aiment la paix. L’image de Batiambale 1 étant déjà ternie, ce tournoi est organisé pour rédorer l’image de mon village avant de lancer un message aux autorités et amoureux du football de venir assister aux différentes rencontres et voir comment les kumu définnissent le vivre ensemble« .
Débuté ce dimanche 23 juillet 2023, ledit tournoi durera 2 semaines et les enveloppes sont prévues pour toutes les équipes participantes.
